Pacer P-58-0723-60 Brown Ryton Drain Plug

The Pacer P-58-0723-60 is a brown Ryton drain plug for Pacer pump bodies. Ryton is the most chemical-resistant molded material in the Pacer line, so this plug is the match for Ryton pump bodies handling aggressive liquids.

The plug lets you drain the pump after use or before winter storage and seals against an O-ring in the body. Pacer lists drain plugs in several materials, identified by the suffix, so choose the one that matches the material of your pump.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What does the -60 suffix mean?
On Pacer part numbers -60 identifies brown Ryton.
Q: Is the O-ring included?
Pacer lists the drain plug O-ring as a separate part in each elastomer, so order one if you need it.
Q: Why drain the pump?
Draining prevents freeze damage and keeps liquid from sitting in the pump between uses.
Q: Can I overtighten it?
Avoid it. Plastic threads crack easily, so snug the plug by hand and then a small turn more.
